What are you coming to do with us?
- Your role as trusted advisor means that you successfully bridge the gap between strategy and operations.
- For example, you will be called upon to draw up the strategic plan and the alignment with the operational objectives.
- You set the outlines of the IT-roadmap for this and you spontaneously take the lead.
- People also look to you to get everyone on the same page.
- As well as the associated risks, you manage and cover them.
- You do all this in a pragmatic way.
Who do we want in our team?
- As an ideal candidate, you have experience with project management and business analysis of large-scale and/or complex transformation projects.
- Your analytical mind and your urge for overview ensures that you achieve your predetermined goals step by step.
- You can set priorities autonomously and you are able to work independently and make decisions within the domain for which you are responsible.
- Others describe you as someone who is no-nonsense and hands-on.
- You are a team player who communicates effortlessly.
- You have at least five years of relevant experience in IT.
- You speak Dutch and English fluently and have an operational level of French.
